Where we deliver
We deliver pan-India through our courier partner, Shiprocket. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your pincode, message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm before you order.
Delivery timelines
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Rest of India: 4–7 business days
Timelines start from the day your order is confirmed and dispatched, not the day you first enquired. Delays can occasionally happen due to weather, regional logistics disruptions, or courier network issues — we'll keep you posted if that happens.
Shipping charges
Delivery is free on all products, pan-India, with no minimum order value.
Cash on delivery
COD is available on most pincodes. Prepaid orders get a small discount at checkout. We'll confirm COD availability for your address when we confirm your order.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details by SMS. You can track your shipment anytime on Shiprocket's tracking page using your AWB number, order ID, or the mobile number you ordered with.
International shipping
We currently only ship within India. International shipping is on our roadmap.
