Swarn Life ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This page explains what little information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how it's used. We keep this simple on purpose — we don't run ad-tracking scripts, analytics pixels, or sell your data to anyone.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, through two places on this site:
- The "Get first access to new drops" form (footer, every page) — your mobile number.
- The Contact Us form — your name, mobile number, and whatever message you write.
We don't collect email addresses, payment details, or browsing analytics through this website. There are no third-party tracking cookies on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry — usually over WhatsApp or a phone call.
- To send occasional updates about restocks, new products, or discount codes, if you signed up for them.
- To coordinate delivery of an order you've placed with us, including sharing your name, phone number, and address with our courier partner (Shiprocket) solely for the purpose of shipping your order.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for marketing purposes.
How orders work
Swarn Life doesn't run an online checkout. Orders are confirmed over WhatsApp or phone after you enquire through this site, and your delivery details are collected directly during that conversation — not stored in a database on this website.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop sending you updates, or to delete any contact details we hold for you, at any time — just message us on WhatsApp or call the numbers listed on our Contact Us page.
