Do you actually manufacture these products?
No — and we're upfront about it. Swarn Life doesn't run a factory. We vet certified Ayurvedic manufacturers, test their batches, and resell the ones that pass. You get the real product, we just skip the guesswork.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, pan-India on almost every pincode. You'll see the COD option at checkout if it's available for your address — prepaid orders also get a small discount.
How do I know a product is genuinely authentic?
Every partner brand is checked for GMP certification, and we run independent lab tests on random batches. Certificates and batch reports are available on request — no brand skips this step.
What's the return or replacement policy?
Damaged, wrong, or expired item on arrival? We replace it free within 7 days — just share a photo when you reach out. Opened wellness products can't be returned for hygiene reasons unless they're defective.
How long does delivery take?
2–4 business days in metro cities, 4–7 days elsewhere in India. You'll get tracking details by SMS as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet — we're pan-India only for now while we get our sourcing and cold-chain logistics right. International shipping is on the roadmap.
